CrossFit Elements is a prerequisite for any CrossFit Indoor Class NOT for Boot Camp
CrossFit Elements are scheduled as three private/semi private sessions between you and a CrossFit Lewes Coach. 
We teach movements for optimal performance in the CrossFit program.
The total cost for the three sessions is $75.00, and you can pay the coach via cash or check or credit card at your first session.
