Get Ready for FIGHT GONE BAD...we will be having this workout come up with in the next couple weeks. This will be our June Benchmark...

Benchmark for the month: Fight Gone Bad! This workout was designed to simulate a mixed martial arts fight. Three five-minute rounds with one minute rest in between each round. Each round constitutes moving through all 5 movements every minute with no stoping of the clock during the round. Your score is the total amount of reps for all five movements for all 3 rounds. (In class we are only doing 2 rounds)

For Time:
Fight Gone Bad
Wall Ball M:20 F:14
Sumo Deadlift High Pull M:75 F:55
Box Jump
Push Press M:75 F:55
Row (calories)
*rest 1 minute
then do another round!
