Everybody listen up!!! We have landed a new location for your areas CrossFit!!! We are beginning construction immediately and plan to be open no later than May 1st. The new facility is located on route 9 next to Meals on Wheels about a quarter mile off of route one heading west. We will stay updated day to day and get an exact opening date to everyone as soon as possible! Until then, keep up with our free open workouts at Cape Henlopen State Park and Stay FIT!!!
