...a Delaware affiliate challenge!
WOD #1
Within a three minute time limit...
Complete:
Distance TBA Overhead Lunges 45/25
Followed by AMRAP Barbell Movement TBA
Score will be determined by number of reps on barbell movement.
WOD #2
20 minute AMRAP...
Begin with an 800m run
Followed by:
Thrusters 95/65 Reps TBA
Box Jumps Reps/heights TBA
Kettle Bell Swings Reps/# TBA
***During the above combination, three burpees will be done on the minute each minute.
***On the tenth minute, a 400 meter run will be completed.
Score will be determined by total number of reps completed in the 20 minute period. Points will not be earned for burpees or running.
Scores from both WODs will be added together to calculate each individual's total score which will contribute to the overall team score.

1. We are opening registration up at 8:00 for all athletes. At this time athletes will recieve a tshirt (if they requested one), a scorecard, and a meal ticket (to be purchased ). This meal ticket will cover either chicken salad or a beef burger fresh off the grill:) and a beverage of choice! Affiliates/athletes are encouraged to bring a side dish to share within their team, beer, etc...
2. There will be an athlete briefing at 8:30 to go over workout expectations, scoring, etc...ALL PARTICIPATING ATHLETES SHOULD BE IN ATTENDANCE!
3. I am still waiting on a roster from another participating affiliate and as soon as I have that, heat schedule will be complete. Stay tuned via CrossFitDover.com
4. WOD #1 will start exactly at 9:00 with WOD #2 starting no later than 11:00. Workouts were originally going to be created via hopper (exercises randomly selected), but with equipment restrictions this will not happen. With that being said, WOD/WOD outline will be posted either Wednesday night or by Thursday afternoon. Again, Stay tuned via CrossFitDover.com
