WOD 1 - Team Workout (13:50 to complete) each person at a station. Stations work until tire drag is complete. Your teammates are depending on you to hurry the hell up! :)
25M Tire drag
push-ups
curl-ups (reverse sit-ups)

Then same concept move immediately to
25M Farmers walk (25 or 40 lbs)
jump-overs
sit-ups
3x
Sooo nice! (3-4 min break then on to WOD 2)

WOD 2 - Sunday Tabata - (Work 20 secs, rest 10 secs 8x)
Tabata Sprints
Tabata Push-ups
Tabata Squats
