COMING IN JUNE CROSSFIT FOR KIDS

WHEN:

Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 8:30-9:30

THERE WILL BE TWO FOUR WEEK BLOCKS TO SIGN UP FOR

FIRST BLOCK: JUNE 14TH - JULY 9TH

SECOND BLOCK: JULY 12TH - AUGUST 6TH
WHO:

Ages 5-12

WHAT:

Justine Berdini and Judy Hudson will be coaching together our Kids Fun Fit
program. We will be allowing ages 5-12 and we will split up groups
according to age and abilities.


CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is
entirely absolutely CrossFit
geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental
needs of that population.
(neurological, cognitive, motor)


We will be designing programs for the 4 weeks to give the kids a fun fitness
experience. The hour will be introduction, warm up activity, skill work,
KID WOD, and GAME! We will ask that parents bring snack and water bottle
for your children and a towel with plans to get wet!
