WOD 1 - ~11 minutes
3X with 1 minute break between rounds 2&3
Rotating Stations - work as long as it takes the tire puller (dragger?)
Tire Drag
...Jump Overs
Pushups
Pullups
Situps
Walking Lunge with PVC pipe overhead
Curl Ups

WOD 2 - ~4.5 minutes
Modified vversion of 2 miles to heaven
run 20 secs fast pace, work 20 secs
work rotated between pushups and mountain climers
