A few weeks ago marked the 3rd anniversary of the shooting massacre at Virginia Tech. On April 16, 2007, Seung-Hui Cho took the lives of 32 innocent people, and injured 17 others in the largest peacetime lone gunman shooting spree in US history. And in CrossFit fashion, we've created a memorial workout to remember those 32 lives.
